Booking Information

Thank you so much for booking Luxury Tents & Events. Our company is located in Memphis, TN. However, we travel everywhere for an additional fee. Let us take your room from basic to a night to remember.

Please take time to read before booking.

Important Notes

  • We only use products from our vendors to provide the best quality decorations. We cannot use any outside products provided by clients.

 

  • Retainers are 50% of services (nonrefundable) and are due to secure your slot. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your date.

 

  • You MUST check into your room before we arrive — we cannot check in for you.

 

  • If you book a room that has a ceiling fan, vaulted ceiling or light fixture above the bed, please note it will reduce the amount of ceiling balloons.

 

 

  • Please note not all hotel parking is free. We will have to charge a parking fee if you book a hotel that charges to park (usually $25).

 

  • Travel fees(out of town) are based on the distance we have to travel. Since we travel almost everywhere, fees will vary.

 

  • An additional $50 fee will be added to all last-minute bookings (3 days or less). We do offer same-day bookings in some cases, only if we have everything in stock.

 

  • Last-minute bookings require full payment to secure the date and are nonrefundable.

Cancellation / Reschedule / Refunds

We understand life happens and you aren't always able to follow through with plans. We work with our clients and try our best to be fair and come up with the best solution.

  • Retainers are nonrefundable.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your booking.
