Please keep in mind that hotels only allow us to enter after you check in with them at the hotel. If you want it to be a surprise, we can arrange a time to meet you when you check in. At that time we will get the key to enter to decorate. You may also ask for early check in and leave my name on your room list at the front desk when you do your check in.
